Report 2007/2: Living at home after the age of 65, Atlas of the needs and stakeholders in Brussels

This atlas is the result of collaboration between the Social Documentation and Coordination Centre and the Health and Social Observatory, supported by the three Brussels Community Commissions.

After a chapter describing the socio-health situation of elderly people in Brussels, there follows an inventory of welfare and health services available to enable people aged over 65 to live as long as possible in their own home. The next chapter is devoted to the analysis of “supply” versus “demand” and ideas for the future are explored.
